Wouldn’t you expect our biggest businesses – corporations – to be leading communications in the new hyper-networked market?
But they aren’t. Far from it. Why? They lead in so many other elements of our markets and society.
What is there about the web and the networked market that’s not encouraging them to join in?
Why are they wall-flowers when the rest of society is getting into the conversation?
Most corporations have corporate affairs/PR departments. Most of them are professional communicators who see the need for their businesses to engage in this new conversation. But they can’t. Their C-suites are reluctant. Unlike mass media and advertising they don’t control this media. They are cautious. And that caution is not helping corporate reputation.
Reputation Renegades is a FREE ebook for those interested in changing this.
It’s provocative.
It’s written by a corporate affairs manager.
This is parkyoung’s first ebook. It’s a work-in-progress. We’d love constructive feedback to help us improve this text.

Parky (and the gang),
You are a legend! Congrats on taking up the challenge (and pushing it to your own deadline).
Doesn’t matter – you produced this must-read bible and you should sing it from the rooftops. I am proud as punch for you!
Arresting, engaging, tough, slick.
Love it.
